This is the longest knife in our forge, designed by Angelo Angeles. The Angelo Yaganiba Tuna Knife can be finished in our standard smooth, rustic, or black finish and is double chisel-grinded on both sides. The handle is 7 inches long with an octagonal brass-collared balayong wood handle with bronze pin (just like the katanas of old). The tip is patterned like that of our Wadji blade with a super sharp tanto tip. We enlarged the subo because this is principally to slice any meat.
