Return and Exchange Policy
All new items that have not been worn, soiled, altered, or washed and can be resold may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after their purchase date. All items must be returned in their original packaging. After the received items have been inspected, the purchase price will be returned as either store credit or reimbursed to the original form of payment (shipping charges are not refundable). If an exchange is requested, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges of the new item(s). There are no returns on custom or clearance items.
Books and DVD’s that are sold unwrapped are not eligible for returns. Books or DVD’s that are wrapped may be returned within the 30 day return window in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. After the received media has been inspected, the purchase price will be returned as either store credit or reimbursed to the original form of payment (shipping charges are not refundable).
Digital courses are not hosted on bwg.store and cannot be refunded through Bushin Warrior Gear. Questions regarding those courses must be directed to the manufacturer’s website.

Warranty
Bushin Warrior Gear guarantees that its products are free from manufacturer defects and inspects the products it sells prior to shipping to the best of its ability. Any items sold with manufacturer defects can be returned or exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase. All items will be inspected for obvious signs of improper or negligent use or abuse.
